I have a feeling that it may end up being a more popular title than Hollow Knight, simply in terms of total copies sold. Even in this trailer thats nearly two years old, Hollow Knight: Silksong looks satisfying to play. To be honest, they could probably sell Silksong at the exact same price and still make a bigger profit. I can't see them going out on that note with Hollow Knight's plot, when it doesn't line up in tone with the rest of the endings. They never even officially named the Shade Lord. The regular endings to the game offer pretty much full closure to the game's plot, whereas the new ending just screams, "This story ain't over!" Im not ok with the price of games going up 10, makes no sense when you look at the revenue some of those games bring in and although Im pretty sure team cherry will polish the shit out of Silksong I still wouldnt pay 70 for it simply on principle, 50-60 yeah because I feel like I ripped them off with hollow knight for how much time I put. I agree and they most likely will price it from 15 to 20 USD because I heard somewhere that the reason that hollow knight was only 15 USD was because they wanted people not in good financial standing to be able to still enjoy the game.
